MEDITATION
Meditation is one of the easiest and most profound ways of bringing a sense of calmness and relaxation into your life.

I meditate every day and have done so for several years now. It gets my day off to a great start. Fifteen minutes each morning is all I use, the difference in the way I feel before and after is always there.

Over time it has helped me become a lot more centered and relaxed, able to handle day to day stressful situations with a clear mind and calm logic.

Meditation doesn't have to be a long-winded elaborate process, all it takes is being somewhere quiet where you won't be disturbed for the duration of your meditation.

Simply quieting your mind and allowing all thoughts to drift away and enjoying the silence is the simplest but most effective ways to bring about a new peace of mind. Fifteen minutes each day using this process will bring about positive changes and the effect is cumulative. The more you practice the easier it becomes and the greater the results.

Burning candles, incense, and or playing some relaxing music in the background help to create the right environment for a great meditation space. Use whatever you feel comfortable with initially because props like these do actually help. Candles emit negatively charged ions (the positive ions), incense relaxes the mind via scent as does music via sound and vibration.

If you have a "situation" in your life that you are struggling to find a resolution, have this situation on your mind as you start your meditation, and quite often you will receive an inspirational answer. We all have the knowledge and wisdom we need in that still place that you will find during the meditative state, meditation is the easiest way to tap into the inner wisdom.
