Hypnotherapy Explained: Part Two

During a Hypnotherapy session the client is in what is termed a Trance. This is a state similar to the sensation of daydreaming however on a deeper level. It is a very peaceful, calm feeling and genually the client is not aware of what the Hypnotherapist is saying or can't hear at all. The change is taking place at a deep un-concious level (necassary for positive change)
